In Answer to Job, first published in Zurich in 1952, Jung employs the familiar language of theological discourse such as "God," "wisdom," and "evil" in order to examine the relationship between God and human beings. However, the focus of this text is the discovery and treatment of religious factors and themes in his investigation into the collective unconscious and in his general therapeutic practice.
