Presented by Brockton Hill, J.D., M.A., M.F.T.
This talk will examine our current financial and economic crises, via the lens of the synchronistic transit of the "Dwarf Planet" Pluto through the zodiacal sign Capricorn. Drawing from the mythology of Pluto and Capricorn, we will focus on the psychology of finance, as it relates to, capitalism, ruling authority, revolution, and stability. We will also consider the unique relationship of Pluto to the United States, which was founded during Pluto's last transit of Capricorn over 200 years ago.
Course Objectives:
- Describe the ramifications of our current economic and financial crisis
- Describe how a patient might deal with debt from a symbolic perspective
- Describe the psychological climate in which the U.S. was founded
