Format: In person — C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, Lecture Room. Limited to 12 participants.

Continuing Education: No CE credits available for this program.

SoulCollage® was created by Jungian psychologist Seena Frost, who believed in the value of images to illuminate the wordless parts of the self. In this creative, intuitive practice, participants work in silence, selecting magazine photographs, images, and symbols to create small, evocative collages. Jung's concepts of synchronicity, archetype, and the shadow are particularly relevant to the SoulCollage process, and the resulting collages carry deep personal meaning for their creators.

Sharon Carlsen is a life coach and executive coach who helps people find their footing in the midst of challenging life transitions. She practices in California and elsewhere, via Zoom or phone. Trained and licensed as a SoulCollage Facilitator by Seena Frost in 2012, she has offered this practice to people of all ages at libraries, community arts centers, schools, private homes, and a variety of workplaces. She incorporates SoulCollage into her coaching work with individuals and groups.
