Mailing Service
We do not offer mailing service for books, CDs, or videos, though you can return them by mail. We offer limited copy service for journal articles or book chapters through mail and email (to members and non-members).
Renewals
Unless your material has been requested by another member (in which case you will be emailed
immediately), the librarian will automatically e-mail you to let you know that it has been renewed and has a new due date.
Returns
Outside of regular library hours, books may be returned using the book return slot in the library door or by mail.
Fines
$0.25/item/day, not including weekends and holidays on which the Institute is closed. Fines can be paid in person at the institute or online HERE. Fines paid online may take one business day to be reflected in your account.
Lost items
A $10 processing fee is added to the current cost of the replacement, including shipping. The Bookstore buys replacements for us; please do not buy your replacements.
Lost Card
Because you are responsible for all materials borrowed on your membership card, please report a lost card and any change of address, phone number, or e-mail.
