These presentations will look at a range of imagery generated by artists and artisans, which capture the description of natural phenomena well in advance of the capacity of science of their day to accurately describe these events. The subsequent discovery and articulation of scientific understanding of these same phenomena, often long after the death of the artists, tends to generate bemuse curiosity about the prescient renditions of artists, but without psychological formulation. As a step towards addressing this lacunae, Dr. Cambray discusses select examples of such artistic imagery in terms of imaginations attuned to the psychoid background of our world along with the correlative scientific validation of these images.
