Marion Anderson has provided Jungian analysis and psychotherapy for adults since 1996.  Marion offers Sandplay, dream work, active imagination and painting of inner images as ways to activate the healing energies of the deep layers of the psyche.

In 1998, Marion specialized in “painting inner images” in Germany. She works with clients in search of themselves as well as with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief, loss and life transitions. Marion speaks English, German and Portuguese.

I am a Jungian analyst with a doctorate in clinical social work and Director of the Hilde Kirsch Children’s Center at the C. G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles working with people of all ages within all major clinical modalities.  I have many years of experience working with people who have a range of problems including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, work problems, school problems, men and women’s problems, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, developmental issues and spiritual issues.

I am an IAAP certified Jungian Analyst, Buddhist Psychotherapist, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, inclusive, body focused and depth oriented.

Athena A. Carrillo, M.A., M.F.T. is a Holistic Psychotherapist and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy based in Los Angeles. She specializes in working with adults coping with anxiety, childhood trauma, depression and low self-esteem. During her time at UCLA as a Pre-Med student, Athena’s interest was piqued by the intrinsic connection between body and mind. Her passion for exploring this interconnection guided Athena to earn her Master’s Degree in Body-oriented Psychotherapy from John F. Kennedy University.

Constance Crosby, MSG, MSW, BCD is a certified Jungian psychoanalyst and faculty member of the C. G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles.

She has long been in private practice where she works with both individuals and couples.  Certain that healing and development may occur at any age, she has specialized in working analytically with elders as well as with adults throughout their life span.

JoAnn Culbert-Koehn is a Jungian psychoanalyst in private practice with adults, adolescents, and children. She has been in private practice for over 40 years; her current office is in Long Beach, California.  She is past president of the C. G.

Bianca Daalder-van Iersel, MA, MFT, has been a practicing psychotherapist in Los Angeles since 1998 and was certified as a Jungian Analyst in 2007. She immigrated to the United States in the early 70s, continuing her lifelong pursuit of the visual arts that began early in life in her native Amsterdam, where she studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy for Fine Arts and Design. Still working on these endeavors in Los Angeles, and participating in various local exhibitions, she also did production work in the film industry.

Dr. Brian Dietrich, Ph.D., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist whose focus is helping people feel fully alive and inspired and connected to a profound sense of personal meaning, authenticity, and purpose. Dr. Dietrich helps clients fully inhabit their lives, open their hearts to intimacy, passionate love, and direct experience of the sublime.

Dr. Dietrich specializes in imaginal techniques that make use of imagery, images, and imagination to access inner resources and wisdom as well as promote insight, understanding, and personal transformation.

Dr. Frankel has been in practice as a licensed clinical psychologist for more than 20 years.  Her practice is near Century City/ Westwood.  She sees children, couples and individuals.  Her work varies, depending on her patient’s needs, but relies primarily on depth psychology. As an adjunct to her work she also uses sandplay therapy.  She teaches and supervises at the Los Angeles Jung Institute and also at the Saturday Center for Psychotherapy.  Her interests include infant development and observation, transference-counter-transference, trauma, and spirituality.

In addition to being a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Jungian Analyst, I am also a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association and an EAGALA certified Equine Therapist. My private practice includes Individual adults and children of all ages, as well as couples and families. I am particularly interested in working with issues around self-expression, creative blocks, intimacy, grief and loss, anxiety, depression self esteem and trauma.

Pamela Freundl Kirst, Ph.D. is a Certified Jungian Analyst who received her analytic training at the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, and a licensed Clinical Psychologist, with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from UCLA, Department of Psychology. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Religion. She serves on the Institute Board of Directors as Secretary, and has taught in the Analytic Training Program.

Michael Gellert is former Director of Training of the C. G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, where he currently serves as a research instructor.  Practicing in Los Angeles and Pasadena, he sees individuals and couples and offers a Jungian Writing Workshop.  The author of Modern Mysticism, The Fate of America, The Way of the Small, and The Divine Mind, he taught humanities at Vanier College, Montreal, and religious studies at the City University of New York.

Sharon Heath is a faculty member of the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles and a certified Jungian Analyst in private practice. She sees the primary functions of Jungian analysis as awakening us to the richness of our inner worlds and connecting us with the natural vitality of who we were born to be.

As a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, I will help you tap into inner resources to better understand & deal with life challenges. We will explore who the ‘you’ is under anxiety, depression, fears, and low self-esteem, and help you find meaning behind difficult situations and relationships. I specialize in working with individuals who want to connect more deeply with their inner lives, dreams, and unrealized potentials. Prior to becoming a Jungian Analyst, Stephen worked as an investment banker on Wall Street. He received a BS in economics from Harvard and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. After 11 years at J.P. Morgan, Stephen made the decision to become a Jungian analyst. He first trained in bioenergetics, group counseling, and Jungian psychotherapy at the Shalom Mountain Retreat Center in upstate New York. In 2000, Stephen moved to California to further his training.

As a psychotherapist specializing in Jungian Analysis, Dr. Landau places an emphasis on dreams, discovering one’s myths, and working towards individuation, and she has worked with all ages of adults who are coping with relationship and work-related issues, and who are seeking a meaningful path in life and in their vocation.

Chie Lee was certified as a Jungian analyst in 2001. She was the president of the Los Angeles Jung institute from 2010-2012.

Chie has taught and given presentations both nationally and internationally. Chie’s primary language is English, but also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese Shanghai dialects.

As a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst I see individuals who seek treatment for their emotional pain and search for the value that could be found from reflection on their suffering. My approach is psychoanalytic and that places my interest in the communications that emanate from the unconscious psyche including dreams. Our body frequently speaks through illnesses and pain where a psychiatric intervention usually helps in the transformation of the maladies into expansion of consciousness.

I discovered Jung as a college student 45 years ago. After a near death experience and several years of dream work and analysis, I embarked on the journey to become a psychotherapist and eventually a Jungian analyst in 1994, a long and winding road indeed! I was certified in January 2014 and now reside in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where I teach and have my private practice. I am a member of the New Mexico Society of Jungian Analysts, the Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts, as well as the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, where I interned and received analytic training.

Feeling a sense of inner turmoil and stuckness, unease and anxiety, navigating relationship conflicts, facing loss and grieving, and the uncertainty of life's challenges– these experiences can feel overwhelming, discouraging, and isolating, while also holding the potential for profound self-understanding and growth.

I started my professional career as an educator after receiving a BA in Social Relations from Immaculate Heart College. I worked with special needs students in the inner city of Los Angeles for 8 years prior to receiving my MS in counseling and school psychologist credential from Cal State Los Angeles. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and parents in an educational as well as clinical setting.

Charles Zeltzer, Ph.D. is a former Director of Training of the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, and continues as a member of the faculty. He is also a member of the Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts. He served on the editorial board of Psychological Perspectives and guest-edited special issues on Jung and the East, and fairy tales. Charles lectures both nationally and internationally on the relationship between body, psyche and trauma, and on many aspects of the religious dimension of the psyche.
